Hook's Skinner - San Mai Damascus

This knife is named after its designer Rocky Hook, its elegant and simple lines are well thought out and provides an excellent palate for your next creation.  Many of our designs are provided by US Knifemakers and hobbyists around the world.  These blanks are made in the mountains of NC.  The San Mai style steel has a core of tools steel with 8cr14MoV core with a 9cr14MoV folded and laminated on both sides providing a stainless exterior with the sharpening ease of tool steel.
