Welcome to oneHOWTO Sports where we continue our series of incredible ZUMBA workouts with our world class zumba instructor Paola Granada. Today she and her team provide us with choreography for the track ‘La Cintura’ by Álvaro Soler. Like the song claims, maybe your waist needs a little help to get you moving, so follow this La Cintura zumba choreography to work on your waistline and abdomen. The moves will get your hips shaking in a way which can help strengthen and tone this particular area, but it is also great for an all over workout. You can practice this exercise on your own or you can do it with friends to make the most of it. Either way it’s a great way to work out to one of our favorite songs of the summer.
