In this intermediate oneHOWTO yogo video, we bring you a tutorial which uses the Chaturanga Dandasana technique, also known as the Four-Limbed Staff pose or the Low-Plank pose. This uses your arms to create a low plank near to the ground and is one of the best ways to improve strength and tone in the arms through yoga.
