Week 5! Let’s make this week our STRONGEST week yet! Your focus is to just be YOU! and ask yourself: How does WALKING make ME feel as a person? All those BEAUTIFUL and POSITIVE feelings that come from WALKING!-that is how you should define yourself!

And always, you can swap out a “WALK at Home” video with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this for a guide, count 15 minutes of “Brisk” walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets …it all works for your good health goals!
