1 – Ab walkout tap shoulders tuck jump
2 – Squat jump & 4 heel taps
3 – Twist burpees
4 – Fast low squat hops
5 – Reserve burpees
6 – Quad killer to push up tap raises
7 – 3 Mini hops 1 big tuck jump
8 – Tuck jump to kick through
9 – Burpees and lateral hop
10 – Jumping lunges
11 – Up down plank
12 – Knee stand to squat jump then 2 explosive jacks
