1 – Jump squat pulse
2 – Hand release push up walkout to jump
3 – Low lateral squat hops
4 – Lateral lunge knee raises (R) – add jump if needed
5 – Lateral lunge knee raises (L) – add jump if needed
6 – 3 burpees & 3 double unders
7 – Up down plank with feet hops
8 – 180 squat jumps
9 – Crab toe touches
10 – Broad jump and run back
11 – Cross over squat jump
12 – Double unders to sprawl
