THE BOX WORKOUT

Thanks everybody for the support, today i am bringing a fun workout routine, using a plyometric box, is a great way to work in your space awareness while improving your overall body strength and explosively, some of the exercises are quite advanced, but you can always adapt and perform similar with the same result.

The main idea is to have fun, in case you don’t have a box, you can always use something similar such as chair, park bench, steps, etc.

Remember to perform 10 repetitions of each exercise for better results.
