In this video I take you through the 3 exercises that I find to be the best for building a shredded set of Abs. Getting Abs shouldn’t be over complicated, nor should it take up a lot of your time. These 3 ab exercises are designed to maximize the time you spend in the gym working on your sixpack. It’s important that during these exercises you don’t use momentum and try and focus purely on using your Abs to complete the movement.
