My new video featuring the resistance band, perfect for explosive and hip flexors strength, remember to always perform the exercises with good form!

This routine should be done only if you are free from injuries and you have a basic knowledge of Capoeira.
Remember to always perfom a 5 to 10 minutes warm up.

Don’t try this exercises if you have an spinal injury, the degree of pressure doing exercises on the head will affect your condition even more.
