| Ingredients |
1 cup raspberries
1 cup mint leaves
1 scoop Signature Blue Raspberry BCAA
8 fl oz water
½ lemon yields lemon juice

| Directions |
1. In a tall glass, muddle the raspberries and mint leaves. Add ice and set aside.
2. In a separate glass, stir BCAAs into sparkling water and squeeze in fresh lemon juice. Pour BCAA mixture over ice and muddled raspberries and serve.
