I wanted to give you guys a physique update to help explain the importance of lean bulking. I’m about 8-9 weeks into my bulk and have still remained relatively lean whilst being at a higher body-weight. Lean bulking can be done and is an effective tool to build muscle whilst staying at a respectable body fat %. You don’t need to go all out on a bulk and it’s actually quite the detriment in the long run. When you put on too much fat, it becomes very hard to lose it when it comes time to cut. Fat stored is always harder to lose than it was to put on. So keep that in mind next time you begin a bulk.
