Week 4! We are HALF WAY THROUGH the WALK Challenge!! You are making WALKING apart of your daily life! and we know, WALKING everyday is the key to stay healthy for a lifetime!
Life can get busy; and it can get stressful.. But no matter what life throws at you- make WALKING your PRIORITY! Your HEALTH is worth it!
Let’s learn how to WALK like the Italians in our Week 4 video! Your Daily Walk Assignments for week 4 are also included below! Click on the link next to each day to access your WALK at Home workout.
And always, you can swap out a “WALK at Home” workout with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this as a guide: count 15 minutes of “Brisk” walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets …it all works for your good health goals!

» 3 10 minute segments that equal 2 miles of WALKING! Enjoy power walk with friends using hand weights, short and sweaty walk blaster, and tummy trimmer walk blaster
Thurs Jan 24
» 1 Mile!
» One mile jog plus cool down
Fri Jan 25
» 2 Miles!
» This is a 30 minute workout equivalent to a 2 mile walk! Have fun with this 10 minute segment of Big Calorie Burn walk and a 20 minute segment of 5 boosted miles montage! Micheal is in the house!
