Tuesday – 2 miles, 4000 steps, or 30 min
Wednesday – 1 mile, 2,000 steps, or 15 min
Thursday – 4 miles, 8000 steps, or 60 min (Go nonstop!)
Friday – 3 miles, 6000 steps, or 45 min
