I was 145lbs after basic training 4 years ago. I hit the gym and worked hard to get to 195lbs. This is the biggest and strongest I have ever been. Through cardio, weightlifting, and diet I achieved my goals. I was deployed for 6 months and I took advantage of any free time I had to hit the gym hard. I took my diet and eating more serious then I ever had before.
Growing up I ran track for years. There were times where I had a decently impressive body. Some may have thought my aesthetic physic was impressive, but i just looked at it as an athletic build body. My training has always been functional based. ———————————————
