1. Dumbbell Press: 6 sets, 10-12 reps
(The last set is a triple drop set. The last drop should be 20 reps)
2. Cable Side Raise: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
3. EZ Bar Front Raise: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
(Last set is a drop set)
4. Barbell Side Raise: 4 sets, 12 reps
