CrossFit Athlete Michael Mogard competes in the 2012 Asia CrossFit Regionals which took place in Seoul, South Korea. Michael competed in the 2013 Asian Regionals coming 1st place, earning himself the chance to compete in the 2013 CrossFit Games.
