Meal one
1 cup oatmeal
2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
2 tbsp Peanut butter

Meal Two (snack)
1 medium Apple
I scoop of protein w water
1.5 Tbsp peanut butter
458 calories

Meal Three
2 Tuna sandwiches
4oz of Tuna on each
420 calories

Meal four
Post workout
protein shake
1 scoop of protein w/water
1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter
312 Calories

Meal five
5 oz Chicken breast
2 cups of brocoli
1.5 cups of brown rice
325 calories
