Two main criteria to get the best out of this workout:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the “alternatives”
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round
If yes, you’ll crush this workout without much problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can’t finish this workout. At the end of the day, the level of the workout is not as important as the level of your consistency! Good luck!
