A brand new style of training, this is one of my most unique style of workout. Unlike most of my training videos where you’ll get 10 seconds rest/transition in between each exercise, in this routine you’ll have a few “rest” but almost “no rest” overall in each exercise.
Tip: This workout gets harder and harder every minute. The first 8 minutes is a piece of cake, but don’t underestimate this session, because 10 minutes onwards this workout is going make you sweat and burn calories like mad. Enjoy!
