Human (bodyweight): Level 2-3 – For Beginner to Intermediate
Meta-Human (with weights): Level 4+ – For Advanced/Hardcore
Workout tips: To get the best out of this workout. I strongly recommend you to start with Bodyweight. If you are doing the Meta-Human version, please use 5kgs dumbbell and above, I personally use 10 kgs. If you are ready and you think that you are beyond the human level, let’s see if you can keep up with me. 😉
After each round, take 2 minutes break and aim for 2-3 rounds!
