For this workout you will need one set of Dumbbells. Pick a weight that’s comfortable for you, I’ve used a set of 8kg dumbbells but you can go lighter or heavier.
This challenge is time based so the idea is to complete it in the quickest time and keep challenging yourself to see if you can improve. It’s really important to keep the correct form though as you don’t want to injure yourself and you also want an honest score. Here’s the challenge:
50 Dumbbell Squats
40 Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
20 Dumbbell Thrusters
