This is a timed challenge and it has 2 parts.

In the first part we have two exercises – squats and squat thrusters – and we start on 10 reps of squats and 1 rep of squat thrusters then go to 9 reps of squats and 2 reps of squat thrusters.

As one goes down the other goes up until we end up with 1 squat and 10 squat thrusters. It makes more sense written out below 😜

squats 10 – 1 squat thrusters
squats 9 – 2 squat thrusters
squats 8 – 3 squat thrusters
squats 7 – 4 squat thrusters
squats 6 – 5 squat thrusters
squats 5 – 6 squat thrusters
squats 4 – 7 squat thrusters
squats 3 – 8 squat thrusters
squats 2 – 9 squat thrusters
squats 1 – 10 squat thrusters

Then once you’re done there’s a 60 rep finisher:

20 press ups
20 lunge jumps
20 burpees
