I’m so excited to announce my brand new podcast starting on Monday 13th July.
I love finding new ways to boost my mental and physical health and in my new podcast I’ll be speaking to inspirational people who put their personal success down to their relationship with health and wellbeing.
Each week, I’ll check in with celebrity guests and speak to people I want to get to know, talking about things they do on their own, just for a bit of ‘me-time’ – whether it’s a walk in the park with an audio book, meditation or training with kettle bells.
