How To Start Eating HEALTHY (THIS INSTANTLY IMPROVED MY PROGRESS)



If you want to know the secret to attaining an impressive mid section in a short amount of time, I’ve got bad news for you, it doesn’t exist. Anything worth while will require sacrifice, persistence and patience. And one area that is commonly neglected is your nutrition. Understand that there needs to be an equal exchange in what you put in versus what you’re trying to get.

That will unfortunately mean that your ritual of 4 Krispy Kreme’s each morning might have to go out the window… Not a fan of ye ol’ Krispy Kreme? Firstly, that’s insane what’s wrong with you? Secondly, if it’s not donuts than it could be the 7 tablespoons of sugar in your 5 daily coffees, or the mountain of high fat dressing you drown your salad in, effectively making it a pool party that those sad leaves didn’t sign up for. Whatever your vice, the point is this: you need to be aware of the daily choices you are making when it comes to your nutrition. Because those small and seemingly insignificant choices do add up to being huge problems down the line.
