Leg Workout
1. Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 5 sets, 8-10 reps
2. Barbell Squats: 5 sets, 10 reps (Last set is for 6 reps heavy and then a drop set)
3. Superset
a. Leg Press: 5 sets, 20 reps
b. Standing Single Leg Leg Curl: 5 sets, 12 reps
4. Lying Hamstring Curls: 6 sets, 12-15 reps
5. Single Leg Leg Extensions: 6 sets, 15 reps
