| Abel Albonetti’s High Volume Bodybuilding Back Workout |
1. Wide Grip Pull Ups: 5 sets, 10 reps (Slow and controlled reps. 3 seconds on both eccentric & concentric.)
2. T-Bar Rows: 5 sets, 10-12 reps (Last set is a strip set. I use the 25lbs plates so I can get a bigger range of motion without the plates hitting my chest.)
3. Neutral Grip Lat Pull Downs: 4 sets, 10-12 reps (Last two sets are drop sets.)
4. Incline Bench Dumbbell Rows: 4 sets, 12 reps
5. Superset
a. Wide Grip Cable Row: 5 sets, 10-12 reps (Last set is a drop set.)
b. Back Extension: 5 sets, 15 reps
