5 pulls up (modify with 10 lat pulldowns
15 pushups

Circuit 1
16 renegade rows
10 Dumbell front squats
12 hanging knee raise

Circuit 2
10 Dumbell squat hops
20 flutter kicks
10 supermans

Circuit 3
12 Dumbbell Romanian deal lift
8 2 had dumbbell snatch
10 dumbbell toe reach

Circuit 4
12 Single dumbbell curl and press
10 burpees
12 Russian twist
