EATING & TRAINING LIKE MIKE TYSON FOR 24 HOURS | W/ ZAC PERNA



The heavy weight champ Mike Tyson was a scary man in his prime, and today I tried following his daily diet and workout alongside Zac Perna! Up early at 4am for a 5 mile run, training 3 times per day and devouring 4000 calories in the process, oh and Zac and I fought too!
