In this new video for out Contemporary Dance WARM UP – Tutorial, our personal dance teacher Alex Sulbaran will explain some basic steps you can use to get limber for both you and your dance partner. We will show you how to extend the whole body, which parts you need to be careful of and ensure you don’t injure yourself during a long dance practice or routine. These are basic warm up steps in our tutorial, but they are also fundamental and you will be able to use them throughout your entire dance career.
