2. Prime Neutral Grip Pulldowns: 4 sets, 10-15 reps
(Pyramided up in weight)
3. Rope pulldowns: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
(Pull rope down and out at the bottom)
4. Dumbbell Rows: 4 sets, 10 reps
(Pyramided up in weight)
5. Ofurum Shrugs: 4 sets, 15 reps
(Start with dumbbells in front of thighs and pull up and back and try to touch dumbbells together in back)
