– Lean forward keep it high
– 3 triple drop sets

SHOULDER WIDTH LEG PRESS 4 x 15-20
– keep constant tension, full contraction in the quads

SMITH LUNGES 3 x 12
– top of the movement, full contraction
– Quad focus

CANNON BALL LEG PRESS 4 x 12
– keep hips firm
– Keep constant tension on top of thigh

STANDING CALF 3 x 12
– w/ static contraction

– Slow AF tempo
