During this workout, you’ll be supersetting biceps exercises with triceps exercises in a way that quickly exhausts your arms. That’s too bad, because it’s going to be a very long workout.

3. Superset
Ex 1- Straight Bar Curls: 4×15
Ex 2- Machine Dips: 4×15
Last set of both exercises was a triple drop set.
