Obliques are the often overlooked portion of the sixpack that can really help your abs look more chiseled. The oblique muscles, when developed, will help to frame out your six pack and give your waistline and a more tapered appearance. In today’s video, I show you a home oblique exercise that you can do from anywhere.
I’d recommend doing 3 to 4 sets of 10-15 reps on each side, and include them into your weekly training, to be sure that you develop a more V tapered look.
