If you want to build something great, you simply MUST set a firm foundation. Warming up is that foundation that you can set your workout on. Warming up will set you up for a successful workout. And while it won’t completely prevent injuries, it will definitely reduce the risk of something going wrong. Warming up also allows you to get in tune with the muscles you are going to be training.
