In this video, I will be showing you a follow a long workout you can complete along side me within the confinements of your own home. You won’t crank the car up to drive to a park or the gym. This perfect workout routine will hit your total body and make you sweat more than ever! And isn’t that the goal?!

Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, you don’t necessarily have to ever step foot in a gym to do so. But to be effective in meeting and exceeding your goals, you can utilize this perfect home workout as well as a few other follow along workouts on the bullyjuice channel to get you where you want to be! In this at home workout, I will not only be showing you the exercises, but I will also be working out with you along your side as your virtual personal trainer with the timer continuing to count down! My goal is to push you to finish! Please don’t give up on me!

This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your entire body in 60 minutes! You don’t need a super long workout and potential for doing too much in the gym or at home without any particular guidelines. This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that almost anyone can do, any and everywhere.

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Jumping jacks to start the workout and warm the body up, steam engines to get the core warmed up as well, squats, burpees, supermans, superman reach back, which is a great back exercise, squat engines, wind mills, 1 arm burpees, planks, rest breaks, imaginary jump ropes, calf raises, arm circles to get those shoulders burning, ankle taps, glute bridges, push ups, toe touches, mountain climbers, side planks, raise the roofs, flutter kicks, and much much much more!!
