Here some movement drills to improve your mobility, flexibility and strength, they are perfect to work your upper body and lower back, doing this will help you greatly on your handstand.

1. REVERSE HANDSTAND ROLLS
The main idea is to roll backwards into a supported wall handstand, try working the backwards roll first the add the handstand.
Do 10 reps at least 3/4 times

2. PROXIMITY CARTWHEELS
The idea here is to perform cartwheels as close as the wall as you can, this will help you build control overall.
10 Reps 3/4 times

3. HANDSTAND KICKUPS
Here go as close to the wall as possible then perform an wall assisted handstand, the idea is to work on the build up, so dont hold it up, instead try holding it on the way down by using only one leg, then repeat alternating each leg.
10 Reps 3/4 times

4. WALL CLIMBERS
This drill requires a little bit more strength, the idea is to crawl backwards all the way to the wall, the dropping down into a fromt roll, after this repeat the process.
10 reps 3/4 times

5. MONKEY CRAWLS TO HANDSTAND
The idea here is to love sideways on all fours and perform a handstand at the end but sideways and using the wall to assist.
10 reps 3/4 times

6. FRONT HANDSPRINGS
Just try to go over your own axis 😬😬😬
10 reps 3/4 times
