I’m gonna post a workout sesh every Friday, so here it comes the first one of many.

Dynamic chest routine, This routine is for an advanced level, 5 sets of each 15/20 rep

ALLIGATOR WALKS
Just try to simulate the movement of an alligator, 3 laps each time

PISTON PUSH UP
Simulate the movement of a piston inside an engine, 15/20 reps

SNAP BACKS
Is an over extension from the back, the idea is to go all the way over to transition into the other side, you can add a push up in between, 3 laps

ONE ARM NEGATIVAS
This exercise requires strength, so be careful, the objective is to build that strength for harder exercises, also learn the ability to shift body mass when moving very low in the ground. 16/20 reps

BOUNCERS
Is a transition from the plank into a push up, but maintaining the 90 degrees position. 20 reps
