Wow this one is tough. A few people have asked for longer videos so give this one a go. You will need a dumbbell and try to keep the same weight for all sets. I’ve used a 10kg.

There are two 15 minute sections to this workout with a one minute rest in between.

5 exercises | 30 seconds on each then 30 second rest x 5

Dumbbell lunge press (right arm)
Dumbbell lunge press (left arm)
Sprint on the spot
Press ups
Squat + squat pulse

1 Minute rest

5 exercises | 30 seconds on each then 30 second rest x 5

Dumbbell snatch (right arm)
Dumbbell snatch (left arm)
Burpee (not chest to floor)
Explosive star jumps
Climb the rope
