This workout involves a pair of dumbbells I’m using 12kg but for guidance, use a weight that you might use for bicep curls or shoulder press.

This structure is a little different as we’re going to start the round every 4 minutes – not 3, I over egged it.

3 exercises | 4 rounds

20 x Single dumbbell snatches (alternating arms)
10 x Dumbbell squat to curl and press
10 x Chest to floor burpees
