For this workout you will need a Kettlebell for some of the exercises. If you don’t have a kettlebell you can switch for another exercise.

20 exercises | 30 seconds work | 10 seconds rest

Kettlebell swing
Press Ups
Goblet Squat
Running on the spot
Single arm shoulder press (15 seconds/8 reps each arm)
Single arm Kettle bell swings (15 seconds each arm)
High plank
Standing dead lift
Chest to floor burpees
Kettlebell lunges
Side plank (right)
Side plank (left)
Mountain climbers
Narrow press ups
Kettlebell swing
Raised leg ab crunches
Single arm thrusters (15 seconds each arm)
Chest to floor burpees
Mountain climbers
Chest to floor burpees
