This workout is a little different as we’ll take out rest at the end of the round, not after each exercise. It’s a mix of dumbbell and cardio exercises so it’s a tough one!
4 rounds | 5 exercises | Do each exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 1 minute at the end of each round
Dumbbell Bicep Curls – 30 seconds
Burpees – 30 seconds
Dumbbell Squats – 30 seconds
Squat Thrusters – 30 seconds
Shoulder Press – 30 seconds
Rest for 1 minute
x 4 rounds
