You will need 1 pair of dumbbells for this workout. I’m using a set of 8kg.

We’ll be doing reps instead of working to time. You might be faster/slower than me but work to your own pace if you want, just make sure you have correct form to reduce risk of injury. Take a little rest in between the rounds but try and keep up the intensity.

6 DB Renegade Rows
8 Mountain Climbers
10 DB Burpee Press
15 Ab Crunches
