Building muscle requires resistance! Whether you’re using your body weight or heavy iron against gravity, or just some rubber bands! Resistance is really all you need!(and of course diet and some other things, but you get the point!) Here is an at home workout routine you can use to hit your full body in only 10 minutes!

If this is to easy, repeat the entire 10 minutes for a few more rounds! I promise you will feel the burn!
