10 minutes have never felt so long before! Especially when a dumbbell is in your hands! Use this workout to give your total body a great workout, or if you’re already in great shape, just use this workout as a great warm-up routine.

If you don’t have a weight at home for this full body workout, just use a jug of water, or even a backpack to get the job done. As long as you have some sort of weight, you can get to the GAINS! If your gym is closed, use this home workout video to work your chest, shoulder, legs, back, bicep, and triceps as well. Do as many rounds as you want. You know what time it is! #gymoclock
